Upper fixed restoration with 8 implant.
Patient age 77, non smoker, no known medical condition, Using denture for many years and now want a fixed type of restoration. Had an anterior bridge from canine to canine but due to severe mobility, the bridge was removed. Has a standing left upper 2nd molar which he didn’t want to remove. CT scan analysis showed shallow bone height at the upper molar area. Highly aesthetically concern patient.
